At Postcards - it's all about people, policy, and politics.

who we are

We're not just another podcast; we're a platform dedicated to discussing topics often overlooked or underrepresented in mainstream media. With a commitment to amplifying diverse voices and perspectives, it serves as a platform for speakers who don’t typically get a platform.

what we do

Each episode features a one-on-one conversation between the host and the speaker. Our aim is to engage not only seasoned professionals in the policy sphere but also individuals navigating the realm. Whether you're deeply involved in policymaking or politics simply intrigued by it, our discussions offer valuable insights and perspectives for all.

The Team:

Nikunj Agarwal | Founder

Nikunj founded Postcards with a simple belief: policy should feel human, accessible, and rooted in everyday life. His work sits at the intersection of education, gender, community, and systems change, shaped by experiences across public policy, social impact, and institution building.

From classrooms and grassroots communities to global policy spaces, he has consistently worked on bridging ideas with people. Postcards emerged from that same impulse: to create a space where politics, policy, and people can be explored through honest conversations, collective learning, and community.

At its heart, his work is driven by one question: how do we make important conversations feel closer to the lives people already live?

Natasha Choudhury | Community, Research & Capacity Building

Natasha works at the intersection of policy, law, storytelling, and community design. With a background in law and public policy, her work is rooted in making complex social and political questions more accessible, people-centric, and emotionally resonant.

At Postcards, she leads community building, research, and the design of capacity-building initiatives, creating spaces where conversations move beyond content into learning, reflection, and collective growth. From podcast research and guest conversations to fellowships, mentorship journeys, and offline community gatherings, her work focuses on helping people build confidence, language, and pathways into public policy and civic life.
